Jenn and Brian came to Maui from San Francisco to be married on the most beautiful of Kapalua days! Not only was the weather absolutely perfect, it was impossible not to feel the love at this wedding. The ceremony took place on the lush lawn below the Plantation House, with sweeping views of Molokai as a backdrop. We used posies of pink and purple blossoms to adorn the aisle leading to the bamboo chuppah provided by Plantation House Kapalua. Jenn requested a bridal bouquet with mini callas and orchids, and rose bouquets for her bridesmaids. Gray linen suits and boutonnieres of tuberose and sleek mini callas made for a well-dressed groom and groomsmen. Simple reception table centerpieces consisted of pale lavender roses and floating candles in tall glass cylinders. Jenn’s friend provided custom-designed labels for wine bottles which served as table numbers, and place cards were photos of each guest as a baby. Too cute! The team at Karen Stott Photography from Oregon fabulously captured this Kapalua wedding, while Plantation House coordinator Elaine Kerr ensured that the day went smoothly. Congratulations, Jenn and Brian, and thank you for including us on your special day! Mahalo nui loa to Elaine Kerr for her graciousness, and to Karen Stott Photography for allowing us to share these beautiful images on our blog.
